St George police said a man, 52, was making deliveries in a truck in Railway Street just before 3am when he was approached by a man, armed with a replica pistol.

Police said the offender threatened the man and demanded cash from his wallet.

The offender and two other men then left the scene, police said.

A short time later, police stopped a blue Toyota Seca in Railway Street.

Officers found a replica pistol near the vehicle and three men — one 32, two 27 — were arrested and taken to St George police station.

The man, 32, was charged with aggravated armed robbery and the other men were charged with accessory after the fact to armed robbery.

They appeared in Kogarah Local Court today and bail was refused.

They will reappear in Central Local Court on November 19.
